Terms of Use
Last updated: June 2026
1. Agreement. By using Outcoast you accept these Terms. Outcoast is operated by Carte Blanche SAS, 14 Rue Albert Einstein, 77420 Champs-sur-Marne, France (business registration 821 313 004). If you use Outcoast for a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. You are talking to an AI. Outcoast's agents are an AI system, not humans and not licensed professionals.
3. Guidance, not professional advice. The agents give suggestions and draft materials only. They are not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and we do not guarantee any outcome such as retail placement or funding. Your decisions are your own.
4. Accuracy and your review. AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review and verify anything important before you rely on or act on it.
5. Your content and AI training. You keep ownership of what you submit and of the materials the agents produce for you, which you may use for your business. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs only to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models or reuse your materials for other customers.
6. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
7. Subscription and billing. The first 5 messages are free. Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial; you are not charged until it ends. After the trial, access is $99 per month (USD), billed in advance. You can cancel anytime, including during the trial; cancellation stops future renewals and does not refund the current period unless required by law.
8. Acceptable use. Do not use Outcoast unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, to upload harmful content, or to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
9. Our intellectual property. We own the Outcoast platform, brand, and underlying content.
10. Disclaimers and liability. Outcoast is provided "as is," without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carte Blanche SAS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits rights that cannot be limited under French law.
11. Changes. We may update these Terms; for material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the app. Continued use after that means you accept the update.
12. Termination. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms.
13. Governing law. These Terms are governed by French law, and disputes are subject to the courts of France. Mandatory consumer protections under your local law still apply.
